Archery is a sport that requires patience and concentration, skills that can build your confidence. Archery is a great activity for children, children can start learning archery when they are 8 to 10 years old. All they need to start is a teacher, the strength to draw a bow, and to be aware of safety concerns.

At Basic Archery we will provide the gear, the teacher, and the knowledge needed to see if archery is an activity you would like to try.  Space is limited for this event and registration is required.  If there is a lot of interest multiple sessions may be offered.  Children must be accompanied by adults and a release form is required.

Register: By email or phone.

When:  Saturday morning at 9:00 a.m. or designated time.

Where to meet:  The Recreation Hall.

What are we doing:  Learning the basics of archery and practicing.

Things to bring:  Water, bug spray, sun screen, closed toed shoes, and dress for the weather in clothing that is easy to stretch in.
