This week we will be hiking the Roadrunner Trail atop the dam. Round trip will be 2 miles. Bats and swallows often make their homes underneath the bridge that crosses Highway 59 just adjacent to the park. On this hike we will take a peek into the lives of these very different winged animals, and you might be surprised what you'll find out!
Meet in front of the Boat Ramp Restrooms. Wear good walking shoes and sun protection, and bring plenty of drinking water. All ages welcome!
Park programs are open to the public and free with park entrance. No need to register--just show up!
