In its 19th year, the StarWalk is a naked eye tour of the night sky over Copper Breaks State Park followed by a closer look through telescopes and binoculars. Copper Breaks is one of four International Dark Sky parks in Texas.
StarWalk starts at sunset in Big Pond Campground. It is suggested visitors bring their own chairs. Visitors may also bring their own telescopes and binoculars.
Sun Fun, solar observing is at 5 pm in Big Pond Campground.
Event is free with regular park admission of $2.00 for adults.
