Black bass are good on watermelon Skip–N–Pop topwaters, white Curb’s buzzbaits and Erratic jigs, and weightless Texas rigged purple flake Whacky Sticks off points in 5–15 feet at first light. Striped bass are fair on Rat–L–Traps and topwaters at first light on the surface in 30 feet, and jigging white Curb’s bucktail jigs. White bass are fair on Pirk Minnows, Shad Raps, and Tiny Traps over rock piles in 20–35 feet. Crappie are good on minnows and blue tube jigs over brush piles. Channel catfish are good on live bait and stinkbait. Yellow and blue catfish are very good on juglines and trotlines baited with goldfish and perch.|
