Caption/Information: Staff and volunteers from the Padre Island National Seashore Division of Sea Turtle Science and Recovery rescue cold-stunned sea turtles from a beach near Corpus Christi, Texas, Thursday, February 3, 2011. So far, nearly 300 green sea turtles have been rescued from the southern Texas coast and transported to a Texas Parks and Wildlife fish hatchery, Texas State Aquarium and Aniam Rehabilitation Keep (ARK) where they will remain in warm aquariums until bay waters warm up.
