2 flour tortillas
1 graham cracker, broken into big crumbs
Prepare: Spread butter on one side of both tortillas. Spread peanut butter on the other side of both tortillas. On the peanut butter side of one tortilla sprinkle the mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, sliced banana and graham cracker crumbs. Place the other tortilla on top. The "sandwich" should have the buttered sides out. Place your "sandwich" on a preheated skillet, pan or griddle. Depending on the heat it could take 5-10 minutes. When the tortilla is brown and the butter melted, flip it over with a spatula. You'll know your s'morelet is done when the tortillas are toasted brown and the insides are escaping. If that's a little too hot for you, top with ice cream or whipped topping.
The frying of the tortilla completely changes its flavor and will surprise you as well as delight you.
Make a different dessert each time with different "inside" ingredients such as slices of your favorite candy bar, nuts, dried fruit, fudge, powdered sugar, cereal crumbs, cookie crumbs, cream cheese, frosting, ice cream syrup, honey, or jelly.
Always spread something on the inside of both tortillas like peanut butter, syrup, or jelly. It will help keep your sprinkled goodies in while flipping it over.
Everything tastes better cooked over a fire outdoors. This recipe can be cooked on a griddle on the fire, over coals, on the bar b que pit with charcoal or in your kitchen at home.
