Join a ranger at Closed Canyon to discover how mosasaurs were the T-Rex of the Cretaceous Seas!
Animals in the Big Bend have always worked hard to adapt to their extreme environments. Come chat with Ranger Stahr to unearth how mosasaurs are more alike modern monsters than you'd think.
Where: Closed Canyon Trailhead. Approximately 20 miles west of Barton Warnock Visitor Center and 30 miles east of Fort Leaton State Historic Site.
When: 10 AM - 12 PM
