Let's walk off that Thanksgiving meal by joining a ranger on a 1.5 mile (roundtrip) hike through a slot canyon. Enjoy cool temps and sounds of nature as we explore what makes this canyon so unique. 

Meet: Closed Canyon Trailhead. Located 40 minutes from Ft. Leaton State Historic Site and Barton Warnock Visitor Center. 

Bring: Water, comfortable clothing, and a hat. 

Cost: Free with park admission. Park admission is free with a Texas Parks Pass. 

Optional: Closed Canyon is a pet-friendly trail. Please keep your dog on a leash and pick up all waste.
