Historic Refectory Open House

There’s whispers of the past all through this park! Drop in from 1pm to 3pm and tour the inside of the Bastrop State Park Refectory while learning about the Civilian Conservation Corps.

From boys to men!  The 1930's were a tough time!  Just how tough?  Come find out on this drop in program from 1pm to 3pm. Walk around in the inside of the historic Refectory which was a showcase structure that represented the beautiful craftsmanship work of the CCC.  Admire the craftsmanship shown from a strong generation and see pictures of the men constructing the park and buildings still used today. 

Drop in to the Refectory at Bastrop State Park anytime between 1pm and 3pm. 

Program is free after park entrance fee's have been paid. $5 per adult. Children 12 and under are free.
