Weeknight Yoga in the Park

Join us for an exploration into the connection between your breath, body, mind, and the world around you. Beginners course with certified yoga instructor and Park Host, Vanice Medley (eRYT). This class is offered every Saturday morning and Wednesday evening.

In each class you will practice deep breathing techniques synchronized with accessible body movements, all while building upon various nature related themes. You can expect to feel more focused and invigorated yet relaxed at the same time. Come deepen your connection to yourself and the great outdoors!

Class is suitable for all fitness levels and appropriate for ages 15 and up (minors must be accompanied by an adult). Please bring a yoga mat or large beach towel to practice on.

 

Where: Inside the air conditioned Historic Golf Shelter

When: 5:30pm-6:30pm, every Wednesday night

Age Restriction: All participants must be ages 15 and up. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Difficulty: Easy beginners course. All abilities welcome!

Registration: There is no prior registration. All classes are first come first serve and can hold up to 15 people.

Bring: water bottle, yoga mat

Cost: This program is free after you pay your entry fee ($5.00/person ages 12 and up).
