Discovery Tram Tour (PM)

Join a park naturalist and ride along for a tram tour featuring the wildlife and history of Bentsen - RGV State Park! RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED. Call park headquarters at (956) 584-9156 to save your spots!

Climb aboard our open-air tram for a relaxing guided tram tour experience through the park. Discover the incredible diversity of Bentsen-Rio Grande Valley State Park. This tour offers a unique way to enjoy nature, slow down, and connect with the sights and sounds of the park.

• Bring:  Binoculars, sunscreen, hat, water, comfortable shoes
• Meet: Park Headquarters, Tram Turnaround
• Registration: Space is limited. Registration starts on the 1st. To reserve your space, please call us at (956) 584-9156
• Cost: Entry fee is $5 for ages 13 & older and FREE 12 & under (Park entry free with Texas State Park Pass.)
