Star Stories

Is our fate written in the stars? Which stars steal the show? Join in on some stellar storytelling of the night sky.

Learn about stars through storytelling! Create star maps and learn to navigate the skies. Act out stories of constellations you’ll see in the park, including: a starry-eyed story, a star-crossed story, and the story of our stars! Name your own constellations and discover how we are all stars!

• Meet: Headquarters, Tram Turnaround
• Bring: Water, weather appropriate clothing, blankets/pillows, chairs, and red flashlights/light pens
• Registration:  Attendance is limited.  Call 956-584-9156 or sign up at Park Headquarters to reserve your spot.
• Cost: Entry fee is $5 for adults and FREE 12 & under (Park entry free with Texas State Park Pass.).
