First Day Hike - Self-guided

Start your year off with a morning hike through Big Spring State Park.

Ring in the new year at Big Spring State Park! This self-guided hike will let you choose your own adventure on 8 miles of trails or road paths. No minimum mileage required.

When: 8 am-noon on Jan. 1

Cost: Free!

Bring: Water and weather appropriate clothing

Find a ranger at the lower parking lot after your hike to log your miles and receive a commemorative sticker!
