Beavers, Birds and Butterflies of Buescher Lake

Beaver Watch! Let's explore the wildlife of Buescher Lake!

Did you know Buescher Lake is the home to some busy building beavers? We'll look for beaver sign, learn about their habits and watch out for these swift swimmers in the lake. While we're searching, we'll also learn about other critters that live around the lake. 

Time: 9am to 10pm

Meet at the fishing and picnic area with the concrete tower by the water. Across the lake from the canoe launch/fishing area. 

Bring: Bottled water, binoculars (We will have some for folks to borrow during the program as well), sun protection and bug spray. 

This program is free after park entrance fee is paid. Park entrance fee is $5 per adult, children 12 and under are free.
