Hike with a Ranger

Join a ranger for a hike through Caddo's diverse habitats! Hike themes will vary (birding, habitats, scavenger hunt, etc.)

Accessibility: Parking will be available at Pine Ridge Trailhead. Restroom is available at HQ. Drinking water is available at HQ. Path to program is sidewalk and pavement. Program path will consist of dirt, rocks, steep terrain, steps, elevation change, trip hazards, poison ivy, and other natural hazards.

Program Expectations: Program will consist of a themed hike that will vary depending on weather conditions, bird/wildlife activity, etc.

When: 2 - 2:45 p.m.

Where: Pine Ridge Trailhead

What to bring: 

• Water
• Sunscreen/Hat/Sunglasses
• Bug Spray

Program is included in park entry fees- $4 per person ages 13 and older, 12 and under are free. No need to register, just show up! Programs are subject to cancellation in the event of inclement weather. Cancellations will be announced on Caddo Lake State Park Facebook page or you can call park headquarters.
