Owl Prowl: Park After Dark

Love is in the air and the owls are feeling it too!
Owl mating season starts in early winter and is the perfect time to spot these elusive animals. During this ranger-led program, we will explore the unique adaptations of owls that allow them to be the fiercest of nocturnal creatures. After a short introduction, we will take a walk through Penn Farm, keeping our eyes and ears open to hopefully catch a glimpse of the owls that call Cedar Hill State Park their home.

When: Saturday, February 14th, 2024 from 7pm-8:30pm
Where: Penn Farm
Bring: Water, a snack if you need one, and dress for the weather.

Cost: Free with a $7 per person park entry fee or presentation of a TPWD Annual Park Pass. Children 12 and under are free to enter the park.
