Join us with Nicole Mantz from the Hutchinson Zoo as we talk about the critically endangered black-footed ferret in our brand new recreation hall!

The black-footed ferret once called the Great Plains home, wherever prairie dog colonies thrived, these ferrets followed. Due to many factors, these creatures have found themselves on the list of critically endangered species. Organizations like the Hutchinson Zoo are working to rehabilitate these creatures and increase their population size throughout the plains. Join us with Nicole Mantz from the Hutchinson Zoo as we discuss the status of this amazing animal and the ways in which you can help them thrive once again.
