International Observe the Moon Night is a worldwide public event that encourages observation, appreciation and understanding of our Moon and its connection to space science, exploration, and human culture.
Meet at Lone Pine Boat Launch Parking Lot at 8 p.m. Join us learning about the Moon. We'll have the telescopes out for viewing the night sky.
Cost: Park programs are open to the public and free with a paid park entrance fee of $5 per person ages 13 and up; children 12 and under are always free! Park entry is free with the Texas State Park Pass. No need to register—just show up!
