America's Potluck! Dutch Oven 101

America's Potluck is an opportunity for neighbors to join one another to share a communal meal, creating a sense of connection and belonging and fostering interactions among people from all walks of life. You're invited, as we celebrate America 250.

Reserve your Dutch oven for a hands-on cooking demonstration by calling (903) 951-3756 and or by emailing Alicia O'Connor at alicia.o’connor@tpwd.texas.gov. 

Reservation required to borrow a Dutch oven. Meet at Gulls Bluff Pavilion at 9 a.m. No experience needed. More information and ideas for cooking after reservation of oven.

Cost: Park programs are open to the public and free with a paid park entrance fee of $5 per person ages 13 and up; children 12 and under are always free! Park entry is free with the Texas State Park Pass.
