Wintering birds, and local birds, they are everywhere!
Meet at the Heron Harbor Day Use Area parking lot at 1 p.m.
We’ll go on a walk around the shoreline, a grassy field, and a day-use area, looking for varied birds.
Bring your binoculars and dress for the weather.
Cost: Park programs are open to the public and free with a park entrance fee of $5 per person ages 13 and up; children 12 and under are always free! Park entry is free with the Texas State Park Pass. No need to register—just show up!
