Yoga in the Park

Lose your mind, find your soul! Whether you are experienced or a first-time yoga participant this program is for you!

Join a park ranger and a local professional yoga instructor at the shaded pavilion for an easy and peaceful yoga session.  Yoga changes the way we think, feel, relate to nature and to others and because of that, the way we live. A lot has been written about yoga already. However, yoga can only really be understood by experiencing it.  Bring a friend or come own your own and be a part of this new program.


Bring: We have a limited number of yoga mats to loan for this session, please bring your own if you have one, drinking water, and a hand towel.

Where: Gulls Bluff pavilion

Cost: As part of our wellness promotion, mention you are here for our fitness day programs and get your entry fees waived. No need to register -- just show up!
