Sky Island Yoga

How can you enhance your park experience? Yoga, stretching, and being mindfull are all great ways to be more present.

Join local yoga instructor, Erin, for a beginner-friendly hour of yoga practice. Learn about life on a "sky island" such as the Davis Mountains (an elevated area surrounded by desert).  Experience mindfulness as you enhance your park visit. 

Erin will provide mats to the first 12 participants. 

Meet: at Interpretive Center

Bring: yoga mat (if you have one), water

Cost: Free for campers or day users w/ permit - daily entrance fee is $6.00/adult, or free for the carload with Texas State Park Pass
