Starry Night Stories

Enjoy an evening of constellation viewing and storytelling.

Cultures have created stories surrounding the constellations for centuries. During earlier times the stars were used as clocks, calendars, and compasses. Come hear these stories as we observe what's in view. Bench seating is provided.

Meet: at the Amphitheater (near site #22 behind the Trailer Restroom)

Bring: flashlight (preferably red light), binoculars, dog-friendly

Cost: free for campers or day users w/ permit - daily entrance fee is $6.00/adult, or free for the carload with Texas State Park Pass
