Come on a guided hike to the past! Learn about rock art at Sunburst Shelter.
You must have reservations and complete the park orientation at Devils River - Dan Allen Hughes headquarters.
Cost: Free with park admission
Meet: Overflow parking lot
Hike: Expect to moderately strenuous hike. Will be hiking on gravel and over large boulders.
Tour duration: 3 hours
What to wear: Clothing that is appropriate for the weather and closed-toe shoes.
What to bring: a small backpack to carry gear, plenty of water, snacks and a walking stick.
Tour reminders: There are no restrooms near rock shelter. You must pack out all trash. No pets allowed.
