Bird Bingo Guided Hike

Learn the basics of birding and join a ranger on a birding adventure.

Meet a ranger at the dino models to cover the basics of birding. Then, take on a stroll along the Monarch Trail to put your newly learned skills to the test. 

This program includes a short walk on the Monarch Trail:

• Length: .5 miles
• Difficulty: easy
• Description:  As you stroll through the trees, stay alert for
  fluttering birds and butterflies

Meet: at the dino models

Bring: sturdy shoes, sun protection, water, bug spray, and weather appropriate clothing, 

• Optional: binoculars and bird guides

Cost: Free with your park admission. Park admission is free with a Texas Parks Pass.
