Senior Stroll

Take a walk on the mild side!

Join us for a morning walk along our Monarch Trail. Feel free to bring your morning coffee, your binoculars, or just yourself.  Whether you’re hoping to stretch your legs, enjoy the scenery, or connect with others, this walk is a great way to start your day!

Trail: We will take a walk on our Monarch trail. The monarch trail is ~1/2 mile, flat, and accessible.

We do have a track chair available by reservation. Please let Ranger Katy (kathryn.tiedemann@tpwd.texas.gov) know if you would like to reserve it. 

Who: This program is intended for older adults or anyone looking for some gentle morning movement. All are welcome!

Meet: Dino Models

Bring: Water, bug spray, sunscreen, closed-toe shoes

Cost:  Free with park admission. Park admission is free with a Texas Parks Pass.
