Angler Education Instructor Workshop: Online, Two - part

Become a TPWD Certified Angler Education Instructor

This is a two-part training, to receive certification participants must attend both sessions (6:30 - 9:00 pm each day) on Tuesday, June 27th and Thursday, June 29th. No make-up sessions will be offered. 

This free workshop is open to anyone 18 or older interested in teaching fishing skills in their communities. The program provides the curriculum, equipment (where available), materials and support to help volunteers successfully introduce all ages to fishing. Ideal for teachers, scout or youth group leaders, afterschool or camp staff and community volunteers. TEA-approved CPE credit is available for teachers.

Participants must be on-camera and have audio (microphone and speakers) to fully participate during each Zoom session. Instructions will be sent before the workshop date.
