Basic Fishing Clinic - Sea Center Texas

Come out and bring the whole family for a day of fishing fun!

This FREE clinic is designed to introduce participants to the sport of fishing using fun hands-on activities. Topics will include fishing ethics, regulations, basic tackle, rods and reels, casting practice, knot tying, baits and lures, tackle boxes and equipment, fish handling, fish identification, hatchery tour and actual fishing at the Sea Center Hatchery.

Please bring your snacks and drinks. Dress appropriately for the weather. All educational materials and equipment will be provided. No fishing license is required for this event. Youth must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
