Professional development for anyone who wants to incorporate climate education into their lessons
Integrate wildlife and climate change issues into your curriculum using a collection of Project WILD, Aquatic WILD, and Flying WILD fun, hands-on educational activities . You will experience engaging TEKS-aligned activities while networking with other educators.
Workshop participants receive:
- 3 hours TEA-approved CPE and TEEAC Credit
- Project WILD's Wildlife & Climate Booklet (8 activities)
- Admission to McKinney Falls State Park
Anyone who works with children, including teachers, homeschoolers, informal educators, and scout leaders, is welcome.
FREE preregistration is required.
Participation in the entire workshop is required to receive the booklet.
