How to Grow Your Fly Cast - Creating Your Own Fly Casting Journey

Texas Council Federation of Fly Fishers, Texas Women Fly Fishers, and TPWD will host a FREE online session for all on how to improve your fly casting skills.

Join TPWD Volunteer Fly Fishing Instructors and staff as they talk about their own journeys in improving their casts. This session will include an overview of the FFI casting skills development journey and practice strategies. All are welcome!

Cari Ray is a professional fly guide and CI. She spends her time guiding between Central Texas, Colorado and the San Juan in New Mexico.

Keira Quam is an Aquatic Education Training Specialist for North Texas with Texas Parks and Wildlife Department.  

Dani Rose is the Women’s Outreach Director for Texas Council FFI. She is working her way through the Fly Casting Skill Development and currently holds Silver.
