North Texas Women Fishing Retreat

Come out for fishing and fellowship at this women's only Fishing Retreat & Workshop Weekend.

This weekend long fishing retreat is for anglers of all skill levels, beginner to advanced, or no skill at all! Learn Conventional and Fly-fishing skills, and participate in a lure making workshop, all taught by TPWD certified Angler Education Instructors. No fishing license will be required for fishing at the event. 

The workshops for basic and advanced fishing, beginning fly fishing, & lure making will take place on Saturday, April 29th. There will be time for fellowship and bank fishing Fri - Sun. There is a state park day use fee of $7 but all workshops are free.

Event is rain or shine but subject to a delayed start in the event of severe weather/lightning.

Adults 18 and up only, please.
