Join us as we explore the world through our senses & form a deeper connection with nature.

A combination of meditation and nature walk, we’ll be using our senses to be in and better connect with the natural world around us. Forest Bathing (“shinrin-yoku”) is a term for this activity that originated in Japan in the 1980s.

IMPORTANT: Reservations are required to enter the State Natural Area Friday through Monday, on holidays and/or during school breaks. You can check pass availability here.

Location: meet at the Gazebo.

Reservations are required to enter the state natural area Friday through Sunday, holidays or school breaks. You can check day pass availability online at TexasStateParks.ReserveAmerica.com. While a reservation is required for park entry, you do not need to RSVP for this program specifically.

Entrance fees: $8/adult; children 12 and under are free; no additional fees for park programs. Entry is free with a Texas State Parks Pass.

All programs are weather dependent -- if it rains, the Summit Trail and all elevated trails and areas of the park are closed.
