Guided Painting Party

Relax with a fun afternoon of guided painting and warm drinks hosted by Friends of Enchanted Rock. Additional cost to attend.

Join us for a fun afternoon of guided painting, hosted by the Friends of Enchanted Rock. Follow guided instruction to create your very own masterpiece to take home while you enjoy complimentary coffee and/or hot chocolate.

Time and Location:

• Saturday, November 4th, from 2:30-4:30 PM
• Day-Use Area picnic tables (behind Kona Ice)

What You'll Get:

• Guided instruction to create your own painting
• 8x10 canvas to take home
• Complimentary coffee and/or hot chocolate (bring your own mug)

What to Bring:

• Comfortable clothes that you don't mind getting paint on (acrylic paint is washable)
• Snacks or other beverages (Note: Alcoholic beverages are not allowed in Texas State Parks)

Cost (there are two separate fees, you must pay both):

• $15 per person (includes take-home canvas, instruction, and beverages), plus
• Park entry fees ($8 per adult 13+; free for children 12 and younger)

Note: We recommend reserving a Day Pass at least a week in advance to guarantee entry to the park on the day of your painting party.

This painting party is weather-dependent and is subject to change times or dates in the event of rain or unreasonable weather.

Class size is strictly limited to 15 people. Payment is due at time of registration, and spots cannot be held without payment.

Cancellation Policy:

Due to limited seating, we ask that any cancellations occur a minimum of one (1) day (i.e., 24 hours) before the class. We do not offer refunds, though we will allow you to transfer your registration to a different class. If you miss your class and do not cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you will lose your registration fee and it will be considered a donation to the Friends of Enchanted Rock. By signing up for this class, you hereby agree to this cancellation policy.
