Kick off the weekend with glowing soccer fun!

Soccer fans are in town for the big matches in Houston, and we’re celebrating coastal‑style! Join us after sunset for Friday Night Footgolf, featuring glowing soccer balls and illuminated targets so you can play in the cool evening breeze.

We’ll start with a quick ranger talk about how soccer connects cultures around the world, just like the Gulf Coast brings together people, wildlife, and ecosystems from across continents. Then the lights go low, the glow gear comes out, and the footgolf fun begins!

• Bring: Bug spray, water, sneakers
• Meet: Beach picnic area
• Cost: Entry fee is $5 for adults and FREE for children 12 & under. Park entry free with a State Parks Pass.
  • This program occurs after the fee booth closes. Bring exact cash to use the self-pay station or day-use reservation online before arriving.
