Corn Grinding

Get a feel for cooking in the mission era with corn grinding!

Get a small taste of life as a mission inhabitant and grind corn on a metate y mano, then learn how the Native Americans and Spaniards would cook with the ground corn!

Program takes place on the mission porch.

Program is free with park entrance ($4 per person, free for kids 12 & under).
