Gratitude Hike

4:00p to 5:00p

Get in the holiday spirit by giving thanks in nature.

Join a park ranger for a calming, peaceful, mile-long gratitude hike. We'll hike the Turks Cap Trail in search of reminders for all that we have to be thankful for and finish just in time to watch the sunset. We'll discuss mental, emotional, and physical benefits of practicing gratitude, along with ways to incorporate it into your daily life. All ages are welcome, but the hike is geared toward adults. Well behaved, leashed pets are welcome.

Where: Meet at the Turks Cap Trail parking lot near site #157
