Observe how craters are formed with a hands-on activity and get an up-close look at the moon's craters through a telescope.
Stop by anytime between 4pm and 7pm to learn about the moon and it's craters.
Where to meet: In the wildlife viewing/pollinator garden near the HQ building
What to bring: Dress for the weather. Bring your own water.
Cost: Free with park admission. Park admission is $6 per visitor 13 years and up; free for visitors 12 year and younger; free to visitors with a Texas State Park Pass. Please use the self-pay station if arriving after office hours.
Note: In the event of inclement weather, the program may be cancelled.
