Bird Tour: Christmas Bird Count
Fri, December 26, 2025
Join us to help survey birds for the annual Christmas Bird Count!
The Christmas Bird Count (CBC) started in 1900 as a way to promote bird conservation through counting birds instead of hunting them. The bird counts are done all over North America, and the results have been used in determining how bird populations are responding to pressures like climate change and habitat loss.
You do not need to be an experienced bird watcher to take part in this bird tour. Our guides will help show you the birds and how to identify them.
