Join us for a fun and fascinating BIO-BLITZ!
Get ready for an adventure! 🌿📸
Become a Citizen Scientist as you learn how to snap great nature photos (with your phone or camera). Then head out to observe, photograph, and upload pollinators and native plants to iNaturalist app as part of our bioblitz challenge.
You’ll help us catalog and document the amazing plants and animals of Inks Lake State Park, contributing to a worldwide science project. Every photo counts!
Best of all, you can take this project home with you—keep exploring, keep documenting, and keep making a difference right in your own backyard.

Park admission is free with a Texas State Parks Pass. On busy weekends, reserve your day pass early online! Please note: You do not need to register or make a reservation for this event, just be sure you have a day pass purchased for everyone attending.
