Water Safety Demonstrations

Join park volunteers and learn how to stay safe at the lake.

Come and experience hands-on Water Safety Program where rangers and park volunteers will demonstrate how to recognize and safely assist a swimmer in distress. Participants learn simple rescue techniques and essential safety tips for confident, responsible water recreation.

When: Please arrive no later than 2pm 

Park admission is free with a Texas State Parks Pass. On busy weekends, reserve your day pass early online! Please note: You do not need to register or make a reservation for this event, just be sure you have a day pass purchased for everyone attending.
