Learn how the pioneers did it before modern sewing machines. Make your very own quilted piece by a crackling fire or bring your own work and enjoy nature and company!

Listen to the crackling fire and sounds of nature as you make your very own quilted pillow! Learn the basics of quilting and its importance in pioneer life. If you are already a quilter, bring your current work and enjoy our circle! Don't forget to bring your own chair! No pets, please.

Where: Park Host 1 site between the South Pier and Bathroom 1.

What to Bring: A comfy chair, water to drink, and enthusiasm. If you already have a quilting project, feel free to bring it!

Wear: Weather appropriate clothes.

Program is free with paid entry into the park.
