Let's hike North Onion Creek Trail

Let's get outside and explore north Onion Creek Trail. This part of the park is more open and has some fun stops, such as a view of the spillway, areas of rocky sandstone, and a variety of plants and animals to potentially see. Distance is between 1 - 1.5 miles round trip.

What to bring: Please dress for weather and bring any hiking essentials needed. 

Meet: At the Horn Tunnel. Parking is available, but not restrooms. Restrooms are located at the boat ramp, the campground loop, and swim beach.

This program is free to attend with paid park entrance or a Texas State Park Pass.
