Battle of the Birds

Do you know the history of our national bird?

Help us celebrate America's 250th birthday this 4th of July weekend!

In this stationary program, we'll go over the history of America's most iconic bird species and what they can symbolize. Then we'll "battle" it out and see which one deserves the title as our National Bird!

All ages welcome.

Bring: Water, sunscreen, bug spray. 

Wear:  Dress for the weather.

Park programs are open to the public and free with park entrance ($4 per person ages 13 and up; children 12 and under are free). No need to register -- just show up!
