New Year’s Eve Hike: Countdown to 2025

Welcome the New Year with a peaceful night hike!

Say farewell to 2024 and enter 2025 with a serene and reflective night hike at Birch Creek Unit. This guided walk will lead us through the tranquil trails, concluding with a special New Year’s countdown and a toast with sparkling apple juice by the lake.

Start time: 11:00 PM

End time: Midnight, with time to reflect and celebrate by the lake.

What to bring: 

Comfortable hiking shoes.

Flashlight or headlamp (red light preferred for minimal impact on visibility).

Warm, weather-appropriate clothing.

A thermos of your favorite hot drink (optional).

Entrance Fees: $5 per person daily for anyone aged 13 and over.
