Wild Things Scavenger Hunt

These wild things are animals that walk, crawl, slither, swim or fly, Oh my! Enjoy the challenge of finding a park location based on our clues that also help you determine what animal you are trying to find. This search will take you around the entire park but it may only take an hour to locate our wild animal posters.

Start at the park office to get your clue sheet.  Next to each clue is a place to jot down the animal you found.  Find all 10 and come to the office to tell us about the wild things to collect a treat and a small toy for the kids in your group.

Please do not take the posters as others will also be looking for the wild things.  Feel free to use your cell phone or digital camera to take pictures of the posters to show us at the office if you would like.

The event is free with a paid entry permit. Entrance fees are $5 for each person that is 13 and older. All children 12 and under are free. The park office will be open to sell the permits before you head to the trail. You may also make a reservation for the day pass online to print and display by using this link.
