Kids’ Golf Club

Join Ranger Steven for a semi-weekly informal golf clinic for kids!

Parents and guardians: is your kiddo interested in learning how to play golf or honing their skills? Bring your child(ren) to Lockhart State Park for evenings of free golf this fall! Whether your kid wants to come swing a club for the first time or get more specific instruction to advance their game, all experience levels are welcome. Open to all school-aged children. 

Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. 

Prepare: Bring your own clubs, if you have them. If you don’t have clubs, some will be provided on a first-come, first served basis. Dress for the weather and bring water.

Meet: At the Park Headquarters building.

Fees: This activity is free with paid entry to the park. Regular park entrance fees are $3/adult, free for children 12 & under.
