Let's Wonder as We Wander - Mindfulness Hike

Join us on a guided hike focusing on mindfulness and intention while in nature.

This ranger-guided walk will be all about intention. It will be about 1 mile long, with lots of stops to focus on breathing, awareness and relaxation. Stopping and enjoying the journey will help us decompress and reconnect with nature, reminding us that Life’s Better Outside! 

Meet: at the Visitor Center
Distance: about 1 mile (easy)
Fee: Free (!) and reservations are not required.
