Corcl & Kayak Games: Intro to Paddling

Learn paddling basics in round corcls or traditional kayaks!

Hop into a round "Corcl" paddle boat and learn paddling skills through spinning, racing, and play! Perfect for ages 7–12. 

Or join us in learning to use traditional kayak paddling techniques and boating safety.  Ages 12 and up.  

• Date and Time:  Saturday, July 18, 2026 at 9:00 AM till 10:30 AM
• Where:  Meet at Kayak Launch/Swim Beach
• Bring:  Dress for the weather with sunscreen, a hat, and water.
• Cost:  Program free with paid admission $4 for adults 13+ and FREE 12 & under (Park entry free with Texas State Park Pass)
