Canceled due to weather - Join us to make a tree-ring ornament

Join us at the park's nature center to create Christmas tree ornaments. Make two, one to be hung on the park's tree and another to take home. 

Due to Covid-19 protocols, Registration is required, please call Ranger Amy at 409-698-6636 Tuesday-Friday to sign-up.

What to bring: Please bring your facemask 

Where: The park's nature center parking lot

What to expect: Expect to stay with your own group and if there's a lot of visitors expect to wait so that we can properly space everyone out and sanitize equipment between groups. 

There is no fee for attending this program; however, payment of park entrance fees are required. Entrance fees are paid at Park Headquarters or the self-pay stations and are $4 per person over the age of 13, children 12 and under are free.
