Bring your homeschool group into the park to listen to true stories of love, and life along the Neches River. A historic photo of a steamboat called "Laura"

Space is limited so please sign-up ahead of time.

*If you cannot make it to the program then you MUST cancel via Eventbrite or call and leave a voicemail at (409) 698-6636. Please try to cancel 2 days prior to the program so that we can open up your registered spot for someone else. If you "no-show" to this program then your name will be placed on the waitlist for all future park programs.  

When: February, Wednesday 5th, 10 am - 11:30 am 

Where: Martin Dies, Jr. State Park nature center on walnut ridge unit.

Cost: The program is free, but if you plan on staying in the park after the program then you must obtain a park entry permit. Entrance fees are paid at Park Headquarters and are $4 per person over the age of 13, children 12 and under are free. Bring your Texas state park pass to waive entry fees. If you bring exact cash you can fill out a self-pay envelope at the nature center.
